Vehicle Listing & Accuracy Policy

Last updated: 24 November 2025

1. Introduction

This Vehicle Listing & Accuracy Policy (“Policy”) explains how vehicle listings are created, displayed and maintained
on the Mr Audi website (“Website”), and sets out the respective responsibilities of Mr Audi, participating dealerships and
users regarding the accuracy and reliability of listing information.

This Policy should be read together with our Website Terms & Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer &
Limitation of Liability and User Content & Community Guidelines. By using or relying on vehicle listings on the Website,
you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Policy.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to all vehicle listings and related information that appear on the Website, including (but not limited to):

  • New and used vehicles advertised by third-party dealerships and sellers.
  • Pricing, mileage, model year, specifications, features, extras and condition descriptions.
  • Images, videos and media associated with specific vehicles.
  • Labels or badges indicating status, such as “sold”, “reserved”, “special offer” or similar.

It does not replace the terms of any actual sale, finance agreement or service contract that you may enter into with a
dealership, finance provider or other third party. Those agreements are separate and governed by their own terms and
applicable laws.

3. Source of Listing Information

Most vehicle listing details are provided directly by participating dealerships, sellers or their authorised representatives.
In some cases, additional information (for example, generic model descriptions or typical specifications) may be added by
Mr Audi to improve clarity and user experience.

Listing information may include a combination of:

  • Dealer-supplied data entered via forms or inventory feeds.
  • Manufacturer or importer specifications for the relevant model and trim.
  • Publicly available information about typical features or performance of a particular model.

While we encourage accuracy and consistency, we do not guarantee that all data supplied by third parties is complete,
correct or up to date at all times.

4. Responsibilities of Participating Dealerships and Sellers

Dealerships and sellers who list vehicles on the Website are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is
accurate, honest and not misleading, to the best of their knowledge. This includes:

  • Providing correct make, model, variant, year, mileage and fuel type.
  • Clearly indicating whether the vehicle is new, demo or used.
  • Accurately describing key features, optional extras and modifications.
  • Stating any known material defects, accident history or significant issues where required by law.
  • Ensuring that prices, promotions and special offers are lawful, current and clearly defined.
  • Promptly updating listings when vehicles are sold, reserved, withdrawn or subject to major changes.

Dealers and sellers must not use the Website for bait marketing, deceptive advertising or any practice that may breach
the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable regulations.

5. Role and Limitations of Mr Audi

Mr Audi operates as an information and lead-generation platform and does not act as the legal seller or owner of the vehicles
listed, unless explicitly stated in a specific case.

Our role includes:

  • Providing tools for dealerships and sellers to publish and manage listings.
  • Displaying vehicle information, images and pricing as supplied by third parties, with reasonable formatting and quality checks.
  • Adding general descriptions or editorial notes where appropriate to help users understand a vehicle or model.

We do not conduct full independent inspections or verifications of every listing, and we cannot guarantee the completeness
or accuracy of all data at any given time. Users must always confirm details directly with the relevant dealership or seller
before relying on a listing.

6. Pricing, Offers and Finance Examples

Vehicle prices displayed on the Website are usually supplied by dealerships and may be subject to change without prior notice.
Prices may exclude additional costs such as on-the-road fees, licensing, registration, optional extras, extended warranties
or delivery charges, unless otherwise stated.

Any special offers, promotions, discounts, trade-in deals or finance examples shown on the Website are indicative only and are
typically:

  • Subject to stock availability and dealer confirmation.
  • Subject to credit approval and finance provider criteria, where finance is involved.
  • Valid only for a limited period, which may or may not be stated explicitly in the listing.

Finance examples and monthly payment estimates are for illustration purposes and do not constitute a binding quote or offer
from Mr Audi or any finance provider. Actual payments and terms will depend on your credit profile, deposit, interest rate,
contract duration and other factors.

7. Specifications, Features and Mileage

Technical specifications and feature lists may be a mix of dealer-supplied information and general model data. While we aim
to reflect the actual configuration of each vehicle, there may be differences between the listed information and the vehicle
on the showroom floor, especially in the case of used vehicles or factory options.

In particular:

  • Mileage is based on the odometer reading provided at the time of listing and may increase due to test drives or internal use.
  • Factory options and packages may vary between markets and individual vehicles.
  • Aftermarket modifications may not always be fully captured in the listing.
  • Standard features may differ between model years, trim levels and engine variants.

You should always confirm specific features, mileage, service history and any modifications directly with the dealership or
seller, and consider obtaining an independent inspection or report where appropriate.

8. Images, Media and Presentation

Images and media displayed in listings may include:

  • Actual photographs of the specific vehicle for sale.
  • Library or stock images representing the same model, colour or trim (especially for new or upcoming vehicles).
  • Manufacturer-supplied promotional images.

While we encourage dealers to use actual, current photographs wherever possible, we cannot guarantee that every image will
show the exact vehicle, condition or specification advertised. Any image used for illustrative purposes does not form part
of a binding offer or representation.

Colours may appear differently on screen due to lighting conditions, camera quality and device display settings.

9. Availability, “Sold” Vehicles and Timing

Because vehicle stock changes regularly, there may be a delay between a vehicle being sold or reserved and the listing being
updated or removed from the Website.

Accordingly:

  • A listing appearing on the Website does not guarantee that the vehicle is still available.
  • Dealerships are responsible for updating the status of their vehicles as soon as reasonably possible.
  • We may mark certain vehicles as “sold”, “reserved” or “no longer available” when informed by a dealer or when we become aware of changes.

Users are encouraged to contact the relevant dealership as early as possible to verify availability and avoid disappointment.

10. Errors, Omissions and Corrections

Despite reasonable efforts to maintain accurate listings, errors and omissions may occur. These can include typographical
errors, incorrect prices, mislabelled specifications, outdated information or accidental duplication of listings.

Mr Audi reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

  • Correct or update listing information.
  • Modify, hide or remove any listing that appears inaccurate, misleading or non-compliant with our policies.
  • Request that dealers provide clarifications, documents or corrections to support the accuracy of their listings.

If you spot an error or discrepancy in a listing, you are encouraged to report it to us or the relevant dealer so that it
can be investigated and corrected where appropriate.

11. User Responsibilities and Due Diligence

While the Website is designed to help you research and compare vehicles, it is not a substitute for your own due diligence.
Before entering into any purchase, finance or related agreement, you should:

  • Contact the dealership directly to confirm all key details, including price, mileage, condition, specifications and extras.
  • Inspect the vehicle in person where possible, or arrange a trusted representative to do so on your behalf.
  • Consider obtaining an independent inspection, such as an AA or Dekra report, especially for used vehicles.
  • Review all contractual terms and conditions provided by the dealer, finance provider or insurer before signing.

Your decision to rely on any listing or proceed with a transaction is entirely your own and at your own risk. Mr Audi is not
responsible for losses or disputes arising from incomplete due diligence.

12. Compliance with Consumer Protection and Advertising Standards

Mr Audi aims to align with relevant consumer protection principles and fair marketing practices. We expect all participating
dealers and sellers to comply with:

  • Applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (where applicable).
  • Advertising and marketing standards prohibiting false, misleading or deceptive representations.
  • Industry best practices regarding transparent disclosure of vehicle condition, history and pricing.

We may suspend or terminate a dealer’s ability to list vehicles on the Website where we reasonably believe that they are
repeatedly or seriously breaching these obligations or engaging in unfair or unlawful conduct.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update or amend this Vehicle Listing & Accuracy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services,
industry practices or applicable laws.

The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Website and
reliance on vehicle listings after any changes are posted will be taken as acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not
agree with the changes, you should stop using the Website.

Advertising & Dealer Partner Terms

Last updated: 24 November 2025

1. Introduction

These Advertising & Dealer Partner Terms (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Mr Audi (“we”, “us”, “our”) and
any dealership, motor trader, service provider, advertiser or other commercial partner (“Dealer”, “Partner”, “you”) who
advertises, lists vehicles, promotes services or otherwise uses our advertising and lead-generation services on the
Mr Audi website and related platforms (“Website”).

By registering as a Dealer or Partner, submitting listings, or making use of our advertising services, you agree to be
bound by these Terms, together with our Website Terms & Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, Vehicle Listing &
Accuracy Policy and Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability.

2. Nature of the Relationship

Mr Audi operates as an automotive information, media and lead-generation platform. We are not the legal seller, owner or
lessor of the vehicles listed on the Website, unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific case.

The relationship between Mr Audi and each Dealer or Partner is that of independent contracting parties. Nothing in these
Terms creates or shall be interpreted as creating:

  • A partnership, joint venture or franchise relationship between us.
  • An employer–employee relationship.
  • An agency or representative relationship authorising either party to bind the other, unless specifically agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our services are non-exclusive and you are free to advertise elsewhere. We, similarly,
may work with other dealers, brands and advertisers.

3. Eligibility and Onboarding

To use our advertising and listing services, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Operate a lawful business within the motor trade or related services.
  • Hold any licences, registrations or approvals required by applicable law and industry regulations.
  • Be able to provide accurate, verifiable information about your business and stock.
  • Agree to comply with these Terms and all other applicable policies published by Mr Audi.

We reserve the right to request supporting documentation, to verify information supplied, and to approve, decline or suspend
Dealer or Partner accounts at our discretion, particularly where we suspect non-compliance, misleading conduct or reputational risk.

4. Scope of Advertising and Services

Subject to any specific written agreement between us, our services may include one or more of the following:

  • Displaying your vehicle listings and dealer profile on the Website.
  • Featuring your stock in search results, category pages or curated collections.
  • Publishing branded content, such as dealer features, articles or sponsored posts.
  • Running display adverts, banners, promotional placements or call-to-action blocks.
  • Generating and routing leads to you via enquiry forms, call-tracking numbers or other contact tools.
  • Including your brand or stock in off-site marketing, such as email campaigns or social media posts, where agreed.

The exact mix of services, placements and campaigns will be set out in a separate proposal, order form or written agreement
where applicable. We may adjust or optimise placements over time to improve performance or user experience.

5. Dealer Content Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content you supply to us or publish via our systems, including:

  • Business details, logos, branding and contact information.
  • Vehicle listings, specifications, mileage, pricing and descriptions.
  • Images, videos and media linked to your stock or services.
  • Any promotional claims, offers or guarantees made in your name.

You warrant that:

  • All information supplied is accurate, honest and not misleading to the best of your knowledge.
  • You have all necessary rights, licences and permissions to use and publish the content, including intellectual property rights.
  • Your content does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

You agree to promptly update or correct your content where it becomes inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, including when
vehicles are sold, withdrawn or significantly changed.

6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

As a Dealer or Partner, you agree to conduct your business and advertising in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations
and industry standards, including (where applicable):

  • Consumer protection and fair marketing laws.
  • Financial services, credit and insurance regulations, where you offer such products.
  • Data protection and privacy laws for any personal information you receive from leads.
  • Road traffic, vehicle safety and licensing regulations.

You must not use the Website or our services for bait marketing, deceptive conduct, unfair practices or any unlawful or
unethical activity. We may suspend or terminate your participation where we reasonably believe that your conduct presents
legal, regulatory or reputational risks.

7. Leads, Enquiries and Lead Attribution

Our role is to facilitate introductions between interested users and participating Dealers or Partners. We do not guarantee
the number of leads, conversion rates or successful sales that may result from our services.

Leads may be routed to you via:

  • Website enquiry forms or contact forms directed to your email or CRM.
  • Call-tracking telephone numbers forwarded to your sales team.
  • Other channels as agreed (for example, messaging or social media).

We may track and attribute leads using unique contact details, URLs, tracking pixels or other standard marketing tools.
You agree not to circumvent or interfere with our lead-tracking mechanisms or to misrepresent the source of leads.

You are solely responsible for responding to and managing leads you receive, including complying with applicable privacy and
consumer laws when contacting prospects.

8. Fees, Commission and Payment Terms

Our commercial model with you may be based on one or a combination of:

  • Fixed advertising fees or subscription charges.
  • Performance-based fees, such as cost-per-lead, cost-per-enquiry or cost-per-click.
  • Commission or revenue-share on successful sales originating from our leads.

The specific fee structure, commission rates, payment cycles and invoicing arrangements will be set out in a separate written
proposal, order form, insertion order or partnership agreement between us. In the event of any conflict, those commercial
terms will prevail over this general section.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Invoices issued by us are payable within the stated payment period from the invoice date.
  • Late payments may attract interest or service suspension at our discretion.
  • You remain liable for all agreed fees for services already delivered or campaigns already run.

9. Intellectual Property and Use of Branding

You grant Mr Audi a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your business name, logos, trademarks, images and related
branding (“Dealer Marks”) solely for the purpose of providing advertising, listings and promotional activities under these
Terms, including use on the Website, in marketing materials and in case studies.

You remain the owner of the Dealer Marks and may revoke this licence upon termination of our relationship, subject to a
reasonable period for us to remove or update materials.

You may reference Mr Audi and use our name or logo in your own marketing only with our prior written consent and in accordance
with any brand usage guidelines we provide. You must not represent yourself as Mr Audi or claim any ownership of our brand,
content or platform.

10. Performance, Reporting and No Guarantees

We may provide you with performance reports, analytics or insights relating to your listings, adverts and campaigns. These
reports are provided for information purposes only and may rely on third-party tools, cookies and tracking technologies.

While we aim to optimise performance and improve results over time, we do not guarantee:

  • Any particular volume of traffic, leads or enquiries.
  • Specific rankings, visibility or placement on the Website or search engines.
  • Conversion rates, sales volumes or profitability.

All advertising and marketing inherently involves variables beyond our control, including competition, market conditions,
dealer responsiveness and pricing strategies.

11. Data, Privacy and Confidentiality

Both parties agree to handle personal information and business information in accordance with applicable data protection laws
and our Privacy Policy.

In particular:

  • You will use any personal information received via leads only for the purpose of responding to those enquiries and in line with lawful processing principles.
  • You will take reasonable steps to protect such information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
  • We may use aggregated and anonymised data derived from your campaigns and listings for analytics, reporting, product improvement and marketing, provided no individual user or dealer is identifiable.

Any confidential business information shared between us (such as pricing arrangements, strategy or performance data) should be
treated as confidential and used only for the purposes of the relationship, unless disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing.

12. Suspension and Termination

Either party may terminate the advertising or partnership arrangement by giving reasonable written notice, subject to any
minimum term or notice period set out in a specific commercial agreement between us.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our advertising services, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:

  • You are in material breach of these Terms, our policies or applicable laws.
  • Your conduct or content exposes us to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.
  • You fail to pay fees or charges when due, and do not remedy the default within a reasonable period.

Upon termination:

  • We may remove or disable your listings and adverts from the Website.
  • Any outstanding fees or commissions remain due and payable.
  • Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (such as confidentiality, intellectual property rights, limitations of liability and indemnities) will continue to apply.

13. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

Our general limitations of liability are set out in the Website Terms & Conditions of Use and the Disclaimer &
Limitation of Liability, which apply equally to Dealers and Partners.

In addition, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mr Audi, its owners, directors, employees and agents from and against
any claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your content, listings, advertising material or representations.
  • Your dealings with customers, prospects or other third parties introduced via the Website.
  • Your breach of these Terms, our policies or applicable laws and regulations.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update or amend these Advertising & Dealer Partner Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services,
business model or applicable laws.

The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our advertising
services, listings or partnership arrangements after any changes are posted will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of our services.

15. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the advertising services, are governed by
the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

You agree that the courts of South Africa shall have jurisdiction over any such disputes, without prejudice to any mandatory
rights you may have under applicable legislation.

raise a concern, please contact us:

Lead Handling & Finance Referral Policy

Last updated: 24 November 2025

1. Introduction

This Lead Handling & Finance Referral Policy (“Policy”) explains how Mr Audi (“we”, “us”, “our”) captures, processes
and shares enquiries and leads submitted through the Mr Audi website and related platforms (“Website”), including leads
relating to vehicle purchases, finance, insurance and related services.

This Policy should be read together with our Website Terms & Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, Vehicle Listing &
Accuracy Policy, Advertising & Dealer Partner Terms and Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability. By submitting an
enquiry or lead via the Website, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Policy.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to all enquiries and leads that are submitted through, or generated by, the Website, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle purchase enquiries and test drive requests.
  • Requests for quotes or information from specific dealerships.
  • Finance, insurance or value-added product enquiries, where offered by partners.
  • Contact requests submitted via forms, call-tracking numbers or other lead tools.

It covers how we route leads to dealers and partners, and clarifies the respective responsibilities of Mr Audi, participating
dealerships, finance providers and users.

3. Nature of Our Role

Mr Audi operates as an automotive information, media and lead-generation platform. Unless clearly stated otherwise in a specific
instance, we are not:

  • The legal seller or owner of vehicles listed on the Website.
  • A registered credit provider, bank or finance house.
  • An insurer, underwriter or financial services provider.

Our role is to collect and route your enquiry to relevant third parties, such as dealerships, finance providers or service
partners, so that they can contact you directly. Any subsequent agreement or transaction is concluded between you and the
relevant third party, not Mr Audi.

4. How Leads Are Captured

Leads and enquiries may be captured on the Website through various channels, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle enquiry forms on listing pages.
  • General contact and request-a-call forms.
  • Finance or insurance enquiry forms, where available.
  • Call-tracking telephone numbers displayed for specific listings or campaigns.
  • Other tools or widgets that allow you to request information or submit your details.

When you submit a form or call a tracked number, we may record certain details such as your name, contact information, vehicle
of interest, type of enquiry and time of submission, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. How Leads Are Routed and Shared

By submitting an enquiry or lead via the Website, you consent to us sharing your information with appropriate third parties
for the purpose of responding to your request. This may include:

  • The specific dealership advertising the vehicle you enquired about.
  • Other recommended or nearby dealers offering a similar vehicle or service, where relevant.
  • Finance providers, insurance partners or other service partners, where you indicate interest in such products.

We aim to route your enquiry as accurately as possible based on the vehicle, location and service you have requested. In some
cases, we may route an enquiry to more than one partner if this is reasonably necessary to fulfil your request or to provide
suitable options, for example where stock is limited.

6. Communication with You

When you submit a lead or enquiry, you agree that:

  • We may contact you to confirm your request, clarify your needs or obtain feedback on your experience.
  • The relevant dealership or partner may contact you using the details you have provided, including by phone, email, SMS or messaging apps, to respond to your enquiry.
  • You may receive follow-up communications relating to the same enquiry or vehicle, or similar vehicles and services, in line with applicable privacy and marketing laws.

You may ask a dealer or partner directly to stop contacting you at any time, and you may manage your broader marketing
preferences with us as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Finance and Insurance Referrals

In some cases, the Website may offer the option to request information or assistance relating to vehicle finance, insurance or
related financial products. In such cases:

  • We do not provide finance or insurance advice and we do not approve or decline applications.
  • Your enquiry will be referred to one or more finance or insurance partners who are appropriately licensed or authorised, where applicable.
  • Those partners will assess your enquiry and may contact you to gather additional information or provide quotes.

Any finance or insurance product you choose to take up will be governed by the terms and conditions of the relevant provider.
It is your responsibility to read and understand those terms and to ensure that any product is suitable for your needs and
financial situation.

8. No Guarantee of Approval or Offer

Submission of a finance or insurance enquiry via the Website does not:

  • Constitute a formal application for credit or insurance.
  • Guarantee that you will be approved for finance, insurance or any other product.
  • Guarantee any particular interest rate, premium, repayment or benefit.

Approval decisions are made solely by the relevant finance or insurance provider, based on their own credit criteria, risk
assessment and regulatory obligations. Mr Audi has no control over, and is not responsible for, such decisions.

9. Data Protection and POPIA Compliance

We process personal information contained in leads and enquiries in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data
protection laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“POPIA”).

In particular:

  • We only collect information that is reasonably necessary to process your enquiry and route it to relevant partners.
  • We share your information with third parties only for the purposes described in this Policy or with your additional consent.
  • We require our partners to handle personal information received from us in a lawful, secure and responsible manner.

By submitting a lead, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, and processed by, third parties who will
act as independent responsible parties for their own processing activities once they receive your data.

10. Record-Keeping and Retention

We may retain records of leads and enquiries for a reasonable period for purposes including:

  • Tracking and analysing campaign performance and effectiveness.
  • Managing relationships with dealers and partners.
  • Handling complaints, disputes or audit requirements.
  • Complying with legal, regulatory or contractual obligations.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and context. Where possible, we may anonymise or aggregate data once
it is no longer necessary to retain it in identifiable form.

11. Responsibilities of Dealers and Finance Partners

Dealers and finance or insurance partners receiving leads from Mr Audi are responsible for:

  • Contacting you in a timely and respectful manner, where they choose to pursue the lead.
  • Providing accurate, honest and transparent information about their products, services and terms.
  • Complying with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, credit, insurance and data protection laws.
  • Handling your personal information securely and in accordance with their own privacy and data protection obligations.

Mr Audi is not responsible for the conduct, service quality, approval decisions or contractual terms of dealers and partners,
and any concerns about their behaviour should be raised with them directly or with the appropriate regulatory body.

12. No Duty to Forward Every Enquiry

While we endeavour to route legitimate enquiries to appropriate partners, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to:

  • Filter out spam, abusive or clearly invalid submissions.
  • Decline to forward enquiries that appear to be fraudulent, misleading or inappropriate.
  • Limit routing in situations where we suspect abuse of our systems or potential harm to users, dealers or partners.

We are not obliged to forward every enquiry received and we are not liable for any loss arising from an enquiry not being
forwarded or responded to.

13. Complaints and Disputes

If you have a concern about how a lead was handled, or about the conduct of a dealer or partner who contacted you, you may
reach out to us using the contact details below.

We may, at our discretion, record your feedback, investigate patterns of concern and, where appropriate, raise issues with the
dealer or partner or review their continued participation on the Website. However, we are not a party to any contract between
you and a third party and are under no obligation to resolve disputes on your behalf.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update or amend this Lead Handling & Finance Referral Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services,
partnerships or legal requirements.

The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Website and
submission of enquiries after any changes are posted will be taken as acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree
with the changes, you should stop submitting leads and using the relevant features.

how your lead was handled, please contact us:

Pricing, Promotions & Offers Policy

Last updated: 24 November 2025

1. Introduction

This Pricing, Promotions & Offers Policy (“Policy”) explains how prices, special offers, discounts, finance examples
and related promotional information are presented on the Mr Audi website (“Website”), and clarifies the responsibilities
of Mr Audi, participating dealerships and users.

This Policy should be read together with our Website Terms & Conditions of Use, Vehicle Listing & Accuracy Policy,
Advertising & Dealer Partner Terms, Lead Handling & Finance Referral Policy, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer &
Limitation of Liability.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to all prices and promotional information displayed on the Website, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle selling prices (cash prices) and indicative valuations.
  • Specials, discounts, limited-time offers and “from” pricing.
  • Finance examples and estimated monthly repayments.
  • Trade-in offers, add-on packages and bundled deals.
  • Marketing messaging around “save”, “deal”, “offer” or similar language.

It does not replace or override the final terms and conditions of any sale, finance agreement or service contract that
you enter into directly with a dealership, finance provider or other third party.

3. Nature of Prices Displayed

Unless otherwise stated, vehicle prices displayed on the Website are supplied by participating dealerships and represent
the dealer’s advertised selling price at the time the listing was created or last updated.

Prices shown on the Website are indicative and:

  • Are subject to change without prior notice.
  • May be negotiable at the discretion of the dealership.
  • Do not constitute a binding offer from Mr Audi.

The final purchase price payable, and any additional costs or discounts, will be confirmed directly between you and the
selling dealership.

4. Included and Excluded Costs

Unless specifically stated in the listing or advert, vehicle prices advertised on the Website may exclude certain fees and
charges such as:

  • On-the-road costs (licensing, registration, number plates).
  • Documentation or admin fees charged by the dealer.
  • Delivery or transport fees, where applicable.
  • Optional extras, accessories or value-added products (warranties, service plans, insurance).

Where a price is described as “all-inclusive” or similar, you should still confirm exactly what is included and excluded
with the dealership before making a decision.

5. Promotions, Specials and Limited-Time Offers

The Website may feature promotions, specials and limited-time offers proposed by dealerships or partners. These may include:

  • Discounted selling prices compared to a previous or recommended price.
  • Added value offers, such as free accessories or service plans.
  • Time-limited deals valid only for a specific period or while stock lasts.

Unless otherwise stated, all promotions and specials are:

  • Subject to stock availability and dealer confirmation.
  • Subject to change, extension or withdrawal at the dealer’s discretion.
  • Not guaranteed to be available at the time you view the listing.

You should always confirm the current availability and full terms of any promotion directly with the relevant dealership.

6. “From” Pricing and Indicative Pricing

In some cases, prices may be displayed as “from” a certain amount, particularly where:

  • Multiple similar vehicles are available in a price range.
  • Different trim levels, options or specifications carry different prices.
  • Finance examples are based on an entry-level price for a model.

“From” pricing is indicative and represents a minimum advertised price under specific assumptions. The actual price for
the vehicle or configuration you choose may be higher. Always verify the exact price for the specific vehicle and spec
you are interested in.

7. Finance Examples and Estimated Repayments

Where finance examples or estimated monthly repayments are displayed, they are provided for illustration only and are
usually based on assumptions such as:

  • Indicative interest rate and term (e.g. 72 months, fixed rate).
  • Assumed deposit or balloon payment structure.
  • Typical fees and charges applicable in the market.

Such examples do not constitute:

  • A formal quote or pre-approval for finance.
  • A guarantee of any specific interest rate, term or monthly instalment.
  • Financial advice tailored to your circumstances.

Actual finance terms, interest rates, fees and instalments will be determined solely by the finance provider, based on your
credit profile, chosen vehicle, deposit, contract length and other criteria.

8. Trade-In Values and Conditional Offers

Where trade-in offers or indicative trade-in values are mentioned, they are always subject to:

  • Physical inspection and valuation of your current vehicle by the dealer.
  • Accurate disclosure of your vehicle’s condition, mileage and history.
  • Market conditions and dealer stock requirements at the time of negotiation.

Any trade-in figure communicated via the Website or initial contact is indicative only and may change after inspection or
further assessment by the dealership.

9. Errors, Misprints and Corrections

While we and our participating dealers take care to ensure that prices and promotional details are accurate, errors and
misprints may occur, including:

  • Incorrect prices due to typing or system errors.
  • Old promotional prices remaining visible after a promotion has ended.
  • Mismatches between the written price and figures in images or banners.

Mr Audi and participating dealers reserve the right to correct any such errors, misprints or omissions and to refuse to
honour an obviously incorrect price or promotion that arose from a genuine mistake.

If you believe there is a pricing or promotion error, you are encouraged to raise it with the dealer and/or report it to
us so it can be reviewed.

10. Online vs In-Store Pricing

Prices and promotions displayed on the Website may not always match those available directly at a physical dealership
location, and vice versa. This may happen where:

  • A dealer runs a digital-only promotion or Website-exclusive campaign.
  • In-branch promotions change more frequently than online listings.
  • Offers are targeted at specific audience segments or regions.

You should always ask the dealership to confirm any online price or promotion and clarify whether it applies in-store
in your specific case.

11. Dealer Responsibilities

Participating dealerships and partners are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that prices and promotions they submit for publication are lawful, clear and not misleading.
  • Updating prices and offers as soon as reasonably possible when they change or expire.
  • Honouring valid, clearly communicated promotions in accordance with their own terms and applicable laws.
  • Complying with consumer protection and fair marketing standards in their dealings with customers.

Mr Audi may restrict or remove listings and adverts, or suspend a dealer’s participation, where we reasonably believe there
is repeated or serious non-compliance with these obligations.

12. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Website, you are responsible for:

  • Verifying prices, inclusions, exclusions and promotional terms directly with the dealership.
  • Requesting written confirmation of agreed prices and offers before paying a deposit or signing any agreement.
  • Ensuring that any finance or purchase decision takes into account your personal financial situation and needs.

Your decision to rely on a displayed price or promotion is entirely your own and at your own risk. Mr Audi is not responsible
for losses arising from misunderstandings or failure to confirm details with the dealer.

13. Compliance with Consumer Protection and Advertising Standards

Mr Audi aims to align with relevant consumer protection and fair marketing principles and expects participating dealerships
to do the same. This includes:

  • Avoiding false, misleading or deceptive pricing and promotions.
  • Providing clear and prominent information about material terms and conditions of offers.
  • Honouring lawful, correctly advertised promotions for the stated period, subject to stock and terms.

We may investigate complaints about pricing or promotional conduct and, where appropriate, take internal action such as
removing adverts, requesting corrections or reconsidering a dealer’s participation on the Website.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update or amend this Pricing, Promotions & Offers Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services,
industry practices or legal requirements.

The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Website
and reliance on pricing and promotional information after any changes are posted will be taken as acceptance of the
updated Policy.
