User Content & Community Guidelines

1. Introduction

These User Content & Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) set out the standards and rules that apply whenever you
submit, upload, post or share any content on the Mr Audi website and related platforms (“User Content”), including
comments, reviews, messages, images, videos and any other material.

By using the Mr Audi website (“Website”) and contributing User Content, you agree to follow these Guidelines, together
with our Website Terms & Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability and any other
applicable policies.

2. Scope and Definitions

For purposes of these Guidelines:

• “User Content” includes any text, reviews, comments, messages, ratings, images, videos, links or other material that you submit or share on or through the Website.
• “Community” refers to all users, visitors, dealerships, partners and team members who interact with or are affected by activity on the Website.

These Guidelines apply whether you post publicly (for example, in comments or reviews) or submit content privately (for example,
through contact forms or messages that may be published, with consent, as testimonials or case studies).

3. General Community Principles

Mr Audi aims to create a constructive, informative and respectful space for enthusiasts, buyers, dealers and service providers
to engage around vehicles and related topics. To support this, we ask all users to:

• Treat others with respect, even when you disagree.
• Focus on honest, helpful and relevant contributions.
• Avoid personal attacks, insults or inflammatory behaviour.
• Respect differing opinions, experiences and preferences.
• Maintain a tone that is appropriate for a public, mixed-age audience.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit or remove content that undermines these principles or breaches these Guidelines.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not submit or share any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive or otherwise inappropriate. Without

• Illegal content – content that promotes, facilitates or depicts illegal activity, including fraud, theft, vandalism or illicit trade.
• Violent or graphic content – explicit depictions of violence, serious injury or other graphic material that is disturbing or inappropriate.
• Sexual or adult content – explicit sexual content, nudity or sexually suggestive material, especially where it may be accessed by minors.
• Harmful or dangerous acts – encouragement of unsafe driving, street racing, reckless behaviour, substance abuse or other activities that could endanger people or property.
• Spam and deceptive practices – unsolicited advertising, repeated posting of the same content, misleading links, clickbait, phishing or other deceptive tactics.
• Malware and technical abuse – content containing viruses, malicious code or attempts to interfere with the technical operation of the Website.
• Personal and confidential information – sharing of ID numbers, contact details, financial information or other sensitive data of others without their explicit permission.

We may remove, edit or restrict access to any content that we reasonably believe falls into one or more of the above categories,
or that we consider inappropriate for the Website and Community.

5. Reviews, Ratings and Feedback

Reviews and feedback are valuable when they are honest, fair and constructive. When posting reviews, ratings or feedback about
vehicles, dealerships or services, you agree to:

• Base your review on your own genuine experience or views.
• Provide accurate and relevant information to the best of your knowledge.
• Avoid personal insults, swearing or discriminatory language.
• Not post reviews in exchange for incentives that are not clearly disclosed.
• Not submit multiple reviews for the same transaction under different identities.

We may remove or moderate reviews that appear to be fake, duplicated, malicious, defamatory, incentivised without disclosure or
otherwise inconsistent with these Guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property and Ownership of User Content

You must only submit User Content that you have the right to share. By submitting User Content, you confirm that:

• You are the creator and owner of the content, or you have obtained all necessary permissions and licences to use and share it.
• Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, design, moral right or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Your content does not unlawfully use another person’s name, image or likeness without their consent.

By submitting User Content to the Website, you grant Mr Audi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce,
adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display and make derivative works from that content in connection with the Website and
related platforms, including for marketing and promotional purposes, for as long as the content is retained by us.

This licence allows us, for example, to display your review on relevant pages, use excerpts in social posts or highlight
testimonials, subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws.

7. User Identity, Impersonation and Authenticity

You may not impersonate any person, dealership, organisation or brand, or misrepresent your affiliation with any of them.
You also may not falsely claim to speak on behalf of Mr Audi or any of our partners.

Where the Website allows account registration or user profiles, you must ensure that your registration details are accurate,
and you must not create accounts using false identities or on behalf of others without permission.

8. Moderation, Editing and Removal of Content

Mr Audi reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor User Content and to moderate, edit, move, restrict or remove any
content at our sole discretion, including where we reasonably believe it:

• Breaches these Guidelines, our Terms & Conditions or any applicable law.
• Is abusive, harmful, misleading or otherwise inappropriate for our Community.
• Contains personal or sensitive information that should not be public.
• Appears to be spam, automated, duplicated or off-topic.

We may also suspend or terminate user access to commenting, reviewing or other interactive features, temporarily or permanently,
where a user repeatedly or seriously violates these Guidelines.

Our moderation decisions are final and we are not obliged to provide explanations for each action, although we may choose to do
so where appropriate.

9. Reporting Concerns and Complaints

If you encounter content on the Website that you believe violates these Guidelines, infringes your rights or is otherwise
inappropriate, you are encouraged to report it to us.

When reporting content, please provide as much detail as possible, including the relevant page, a description of the content,
and why you believe it breaches these Guidelines. We will review reported content within a reasonable time and take action
where we consider it appropriate.

Reporting content does not guarantee that it will be removed, but it helps us maintain a safer, more constructive environment

The Website is not specifically directed at children, but we recognise that younger users may access vehicle-related content.

actions, without limiting any other rights we may have:

• Remove, edit, hide or restrict access to some or all of your User Content.
• Suspend or permanently disable your ability to post comments, reviews or other content.
• Restrict or terminate your access to parts of, or the whole of, the Website.
• Cooperate with law enforcement or regulators where required.
• Pursue legal remedies, including claims for damages, where appropriate.

12. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update or amend these User Content & Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in our services,
Community needs or applicable law.

The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Website and
submission of User Content after any changes are posted will be taken as acceptance of the updated Guidelines. If you do not
agree with the changes, you should stop submitting User Content and cease using interactive features of the Website.
